About Me
Why I do what I do
I took a detour when the pandemic happened and found myself as a client services officer in the financial industry. This path is challenging yet fulfilling by providing good services to the clients. And in return, they are happy with the outcome.
Another thing that keeps me going is the fact that I am in a team that appreciates and value hard work. Hence, I am grateful to be one of the few chosen individuals to provide quality service and help others.
What I do best
Making sure that the people who are expecting my service and help are satisfied and happy. Organizing and resolving paperwork. I love making sure that the people I care about are getting the services they deserve. Because at the end of the day I can confidently tell myself that I exist with a purpose.
My Qualifications
I am a licensed secondary teacher. I am also a trained client service officer and have been exposed to the financial industry.
My Story
Who I am
I am a teacher by profession, and I was able to teach children which developed my compassion towards others. I love animals, books, and plants. I have two cats namely: Vania and Leeloo.
I love spending time with family and friends whenever I have the chance. Life is so much fun when surrounded by the people I love.
